何蕙安

何蕙安是台灣事實查核中心（TFC）副總編輯兼國際事務主任，負責TFC的國際合作計畫與交流，與各國查核組織及夥伴建立連結，也主編英文電子報《Disinfo Detector》，向國際社群分享TFC的工作與台灣應對錯誤資訊的經驗。

她也積極參與國際事實查核社群，曾擔任國際事實查核聯盟（IFCN）獎助計畫審查委員、國際事實查核獎評審；目前擔任亞太事實查核聯盟OASIIS (Oceania-Asia Society for Information Integrity & Safety) Steering Committee東亞代表。

她特別關注AI與社群平台的變化，如何改變人們接收、理解資訊的方式，以及隨之而來的新挑戰。她希望從事實查核的實務經驗出發，借鏡不同國家的經驗，也促進查核組織、研究者、媒體、平台等資訊生態圈不同角色之間更多交流與合作，一起探索更適合台灣的應對方式。

加入TFC之前，蕙安曾在《經濟日報》擔任記者與特派員逾七年，先後主跑司法、智財與兩岸新聞，期間曾派駐重慶與上海。她畢業於國立台灣師範大學工業科技教育學系，2015年移居德國，2019年夏天開始與TFC合作，目前居住於德國伊格斯海姆（Igersheim）。

Hui-An Ho is Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Head of International Affairs at the Taiwan FactCheck Center (TFC). She leads TFC’s international partnerships and projects, connects with fact-checkers and partners around the world, and edits TFC’s English newsletter, Disinfo Detector, sharing TFC’s work and Taiwan’s experience in tackling misinformation with an international audience.

She is also active in the global fact-checking community. She has served as a grant reviewer for the International Fact-Checking Network (IFCN) and as a jury member for the Global Fact Awards. She currently represents East Asia on the Steering Committee of Oceania-Asia Society for Information Integrity & Safety (OASIIS), the Asia-Pacific fact-checking alliance.

Hui-An is particularly interested in how AI and social media are changing the way people find, consume, and make sense of information—and the new challenges these changes bring. Drawing on her experience in fact-checking, she is interested in what Taiwan can learn from international experiences and how fact-checkers, researchers, media, platforms, and other actors in the information ecosystem can work more closely together to address Taiwan’s unique information challenges.

Before joining TFC, Hui-An worked as a journalist at Taiwan’s Economic Daily News for more than seven years, covering legal affairs, intellectual property, and cross-Strait relations. During that time, she was based in Chongqing and later Shanghai as a correspondent. She graduated from National Taiwan Normal University with a degree in Industrial Technology Education. She moved to Germany in 2015, began working with TFC in the summer of 2019, and currently lives in Igersheim, Germany.
