【錯誤】網傳「民主黨總統提名人賀錦麗的競選影片」？

背景

美國民主黨全國代表大會8月5日結束電子投票，副總統賀錦麗（Kamala Harris）取得民主黨提名，將與獲得共和黨提名的美國前總統川普在11月大選時一較高下。

X擁有者馬斯克（Elon Musk）7月27日於X分享一段長度約2分鐘、顯示有賀錦麗畫面的影片，隨後在英文社群被大量分享，並流傳到中文社群。

查核點：傳言影片真的是賀錦麗官方宣傳影片嗎？

（一）馬斯克在X分享一段顯示有賀錦麗畫面的影片，並推文「This is amazing 😂」，該推文觀看次數破億。檢視馬斯克推文有標註影片來自X用戶「Mr Reagan」，點入連結後，顯示該用戶推文有特別註明影片是「賀錦麗競選廣告戲仿（Kamala Harris Campaign Ad PARODY）」。

「PARODY」中文翻譯為「戲仿」，用在文學、影像創作上，指以戲謔方式模仿原作，以達到揶揄、嘲弄，有時也可以是致敬效果的創作方式。

（二）瀏覽賀錦麗官方的YouTube頻道與X帳號，在7月25日同步發布了長度1分19秒宣傳影片，影片名為「賀錦麗啟動總統競選活動（Kamala Harris Launches Her Campaign for President）」。

比對網傳影片及賀錦麗官方宣傳影片可以發現：

網傳影片畫面遭刪減：網傳影片前10秒與賀錦麗官方影片相同，但傳言影片被加上賀錦麗官方影片沒有出現的英文字幕。

此外，傳言影片刪除原官方影片00:10-00:16、00:51-00:53秒處批評川普部分，加上賀錦麗2022年演講時重複強調「時間流逝的重要性」（the significance of the passage of time）」的畫面，還有添加官方影片未出現的旁白內容「拜登教會我如何把不重要的事當成重要來掩飾徹底的無能，這點非常重要」。

口白遭變造：網傳影片中旁白聲音與賀錦麗官方影片相似，但兩者內容完全不同，網傳影片中AI仿賀錦麗的聲音說「我被選為候選人是因為我是有色人種、女性，所以如果你批評任何我說的話，你就是種族歧視、性別歧視」等諷刺內容；但賀錦麗官方影片其實是強調她可以帶給選民自由，並提到要解決槍枝暴力，以及讓民眾可以負擔醫療保健等內容。

（二）根據《AP》、《The New York Times》、《AFP》等多家外媒報導，馬斯克分享的戲仿影片，使用AI生成聲音模仿賀錦麗，引發民眾對於AI技術用於政治宣傳的擔憂，且也與自家X平台的AI政策有相違背之嫌。

綜上所述，傳言影片是X用戶以賀錦麗官方宣傳影片變造，再以AI生成聲音與後製影像處理的戲仿（Parody）之作。
